Business Administration: Major in Accounting (B)
A degree in accounting will prepare students for a financial services career by teaching business fundamentals, including essential accounting skills. During the course of study, the faculty of working professionals will provide students with:
• content addressing individual, corporate, non-profit and government accounting
• a curriculum that covers Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as set forth by the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Boards(FASAB)
• a capstone project to demonstrate real-world application of accounting skills to potential employers
