Computer Aided Design/Architectural Drafting (A)
Students studying for this associate degree will use computer software to create the plans and drawings used to construct buildings. Faculty members with related professional experience can provide:
• in-depth training in industry-standard software such as Autodesk®, AutoCAD®, AutoCAD® Architecture, and 3D Viz®
• exposure to REVIT® Architecture, a premier software program that showcases buildings in a virtual world
• assistance to students in creating a portfolio demonstrating skills and expertise to prospective employers -
Graphic Design (A)
Students working toward the associate degree in graphic design will learn to use knowledge of fine art, marketing and computer software to visually communicate an idea. Our faculty of industry professionals can provide:
• instruction and practice in effective page layout, web design, image editing, print production and digital design
• coursework that can help prepare you for industry-standard Adobe® certificates*, such as InDesign®, Illustrator®, Dreamweaver® and Photoshop®
• assistance in creating a portfolio to showcase skills and expertise to prospective employers
*Westwood prepares graduates for certification. Graduates wishing to attain certification must take and pass any applicable tests/exams.

Graphic Design: Major in Game Art (B)
Students pursuing this bachelor's degree in the field of game art will be exposed to industry-standard software programs such as Adobe® InDesign®, Illustrator®, Dreamweaver® and Photoshop®. Faculty with industry experience can:
• guide students in the development of an actual game or interactive software product
• assist students in compiling a comprehensive portfolio to demonstrate skills and expertise to prospective employers
• provide the opportunity to enter the annual Westwood College 2D Game Development Competition judged by a panel of industry professionals -
Interior Design (B)
In this bachelor's degree program where you'll learn what you need to know to get started with a career in the field of interior design, you will work hand-in-hand with working-professionals who can:
• expose you to industry-standard software such as Autodesk®, AutoCAD®, AutoCAD® Architecture and 3D Viz®
• offer instruction in space planning and in both residential and commercial interior design topics
• assist you in the completion of a portfolio featuring digital walk-throughs, visualizations and blueprints to showcase skills to prospective employers
