Diploma - Pastry Arts
After earning a diploma in our Pastry Arts program graduates are prepared to seek entry-level positions such as line cooks in restaurants and bakeries. Learners will practice hands-on preparation of fundamental pastry and bread-baking techniques as they prepare desserts, pastry arts, and decorate cakes and other culinary treats. Along with hands-on baking skills, graduates will also be gaining valuable business training essential for operating within a bakery. Students will study for and take the National Restaurant Association ServSafe written test and will receive a certificate of ServSafe Manager after passing the test to enhance their credentials.
