Associate - Medical Assistant with Limited Radiography
Earning an associate degree as a Medical Assistant with Limited Radiography emphasis prepares students with the basics of terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology to become a medical assistant. After completing a 240-hour externship to practice hands-on clinical skills, students return to the classroom to explore the field of radiography in x-ray production, correct positioning, and procedures. Graduates will then complete a 180-hour radiography practicum to enhance their skills and put them in high demand for many medical career opportunities.
