B.S. in Health Administration/Health Information Systems
The Bachelor of Science in Health Administration program integrates a foundation of general education and applied sciences with the skills needed in today's health-related settings. The curriculum addresses the basic body of knowledge, understanding and skills identified as relevant to health care services.
The Health Information Systems concentration is designed for individuals that want to work with information technology in health care. Focus is on database concepts as well as information network and system design. In addition to the required course of study, students must satisfy General Education and Elective requirements to meet the 120-credit minimums (124 for Kansas) required for completion of the degree.

The Health Management concentration is designed to expand the students' health care management focus. Courses will include content in leadership theory, the legal and regulatory aspects in health care, facility planning, community health as well as an introduction to health care policy. In addition to the required course of study, students must satisfy General Education and Elective requirements to meet the 120-credit minimums (124 for Kansas) required for completion of the degree.

The Bachelor of Science in Health Administration program integrates a foundation of general education and applied sciences with the skills needed in today's health-related settings. The curriculum addresses the basic body of knowledge, understanding and skills identified as relevant to health care services.
The Long Term Care concentration is designed to increase skills that are essential when working with long-term care and geriatric populations. Courses will focus will be on aging, legal issues and perspective, gerontology programs and services, as well as alternative living environments for this population. In addition to the required course of study, students must satisfy General Education and Elective requirements to meet the 120-credit minimums (124 for Kansas) required for completion of the degree.

M.S. in Nursing-Nursing/Health Care Education
The Master of Science in Nursing program, which is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of registered nurses with baccalaureate degrees. The program focuses on functioning in leadership roles in practice and educational settings. The Health Care Education concentration addresses the faculty role, curriculum development, assessment and evaluation, and instructional strategies.

MBA/Health Care Management
The Master of Business Administration/Health Care Management program is designed to enhance the management skills students need to function effectively within a health care organization. Students will create and defend their solutions to problems of crisis management, profitable growth opportunities, and change leadership. The MBA/HCM specialization is based upon courses in health care organizations, health care infrastructure, and current issues in health law and ethics. Also addressed are health care concepts and decision models used by managers in today's health care environment. Prospective students should hold a bachelor's degree prior to enrollment.
