The Health Claims Specialist certificate program provides students a general overview of health care and health insurance claim reimbursement methodologies. Courses provide training in insurance billing and medical coding, instruction for organizing and maintaining medical records, and knowledge of medical office administrative responsibilities. Instruction also includes the study of human anatomy, physiology, and common diseases, an introduction to medical terminology and pharmacology, and an externship in a medical office or a hospital.

The Massage Therapy certificate program is designed to train students in a wide range of classical massage techniques, advanced therapeutic procedures, and soft tissue manipulation. Through hands-on coursework and classroom studies, diligent students can acquire the knowledge and competencies that are instrumental to become a massage therapist. Additional emphasis is placed on developing important business skills to increase the students' level of professionalism.

The Professional Medical Assistant certificate program is designed to provide students with hands-on training in both the clinical and administrative procedures that may be needed for a career as a Medical Assistant. These multi-skilled health professionals assist in the medical office by answering telephones, greeting patients, updating and filing patient records, and handling correspondence. They also work under the direction of a physician to check vital signs, collect and prep lab specimens, sterilize medical equipment, draw blood, and many other duties.
