After earning a diploma in our Baking & Pastry program graduates are prepared to seek entry-level positions such as line cooks in restaurants and bakeries. Learners will practice hands-on preparation of fundamental pastry and bread-baking techniques as they prepare desserts, pastry arts, and decorate cakes and other culinary treats. Along with hands-on baking skills, graduates will also be gaining valuable business training essential for operating within a bakery.
