Post University Learning Format
Your Degree – On Your Time
Through Post University's nationally recognized online Accelerated Degree Program, you can earn your college degree at a time and place that's convenient for you. All you need is access to the Internet. Courses are conducted on an eight (8) week cycle, in six (6) modules a year. That means you can earn a bachelor's in as little as 18 months or a master's degree in as little as 14 months.

Post University's learning environment is highly interactive. Classes typically have 15 students or fewer so you'll have plenty of opportunities to get to know your professors and your fellow classmates who come from many different backgrounds. Many of our students say they learn just as much from their classmates on the discussion board as they do from their professors.

Post University is a fully accredited University that offers students the academic, social and leadership skills they will need to succeed in their chosen fields.
State Licensure and Accreditation
Post University is licensed by the State of Connecticut through the Department of Higher Education (DHE). The purpose of licensure by the State of Connecticut is to ensure that any new institutions, and its academic programs (traditional classroom and online), comply with the quality standards required to begin operations in the state. In addition to licensure, the State of Connecticut also ensures through its accreditation process that Post University continues to meet the quality standards established by the state. Post University's accreditation by the State of Connecticut carries with it authorization to award specified degrees.
Regional Accreditation
Post University is also accredited by The Commission on Institutions of Higher Education (CIHE) of the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). This is the regional accreditation agency for over 200 colleges and universities in the six New England states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The Commission is one of six organizations recognized by the US Department of Education and by the Council on Higher Education as being reliable authorities on the quality of institutions of higher education. This recognition provides for the transferability of credits by assuring standards of quality. The focus of accreditation through NEASC is quality assurance and quality improvement.
