Our bachelor's degree in Human Resources program prepares learners to become professionals capable of coordinating, training, and supporting a diverse workforce. Courses will examine the policies and procedures that govern the employer/employee relationship and the legal and ethical requirements that govern the workplace. Students will also learn now to balance the rights of workers with the best interests of the company that will promote the best results possible.

Earning a Master of Arts in Human Resources degree in our program is for working adults who wish to increase their human resources skills and seek higher levels of responsibilities in their professions. Courses will examine areas such as employment law, managing human resource costs, and trends, issues, and perspectives in human resource departments. The program seeks to promote professional excellence, academic attainment and the ability to synthesize, integrate and apply knowledge in meaningful and relevant ways.
