We've got helpful hints, forms and publications, lots of great resources and a staff committed to finding personalized solutions for your particular financial situation.

Scholarships
Scholarships recognize your academic achievement, unique attributes or contributions to the community and are also a great way to make college more affordable. Unlike student loans, they do not have to be re-paid upon graduation. Take advantage of the scholarship opportunities available through NLU, the government and other organizations.

Federal Student Loans
Educational loans from the federal government, typically at low interest rates, are based in part on your cost of attendance and the specific eligibility criteria you meet.  They must be re-paid, with interest, upon graduation or if you are no longer enrolled at least half-time.

The National College of Education meets all twenty standards of the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education.

The College of Management and Business has earned professional accreditation from the International Assembly of Collegiate Business Education.

Selected programs in the National College of Education are approved by the Illinois State Board of Education for certification of education professionals.
