Our Phlebotomy diploma program trains students how to collect, transport, handle, and process blood specimens for analysis, diagnostic, and other purposes. Courses emphasize safety policies and procedures and methods to adhere to infection control and sterile collection of samples. Graduates will also learn the legal implications and requirements of privacy standards and interpersonal communication skills to deal with patients and staff in a professional manner.
