Upon completion of the two-year Massage Therapy associate degree program, graduates will be prepared to sit for the National Certification Exam for Therapeutic Massage and for the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination. The program includes hands-on training in Swedish massage, hot stone/spa techniques, deep tissue/trigger points, and myofascial release routines. At the associate degree level learners will have more business and liberal arts courses to enhance their education and credentials. Graduates of the program can choose to work in chiropractic clinics, physical therapy facilities, luxury hotels or cruise ships, or independently as their own boss.
