Information Technology & Biomedical Technician
Earning an associate degree in Information Technology and Biomedical Technician in our program can prepare individuals to become an integral part of health care delivery teams. Duties of technicians include installing, maintaining, repairing, and modifying of biomedical equipment in hospitals or clinics to ensure that the equipment is safe and functioning properly. The necessity of this position to the health care industry will likely expand as technology advances in radiography, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, and other diagnostic and treatment equipment also improves.
