In the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program, industry and academic professionals build upon master's-level core skills and knowledge to develop a higher level of competence in conducting action research, in the comprehension of theoretical and applied literature in a chosen business discipline, and in the attributes essential to university teaching. The Doctor of Business Administration student will develop critical knowledge and skills for success, in service to the profession and the community, in future professional development, and in attaining credentials and skills essential to leading, consulting, and teaching.

Candidates must have a master's degree in business or a related field from a regionally accredited institution or an appropriately certified foreign institution and meet other prerequisite requirements that can be discussed with an Admissions Representative.

The Doctor of Education (EdD) in Counseling Psychology degree program is designed to prepare master's level counselors and clinicians with the skills and credentials to supervise, train, and teach others in the profession. The program explores the leadership role of practitioners within health care delivery and mental health professions as they deliver quality, therapeutic treatment to a wide range of clients based on specific circumstances or needs. During the program learners will be studying advanced counseling and practice techniques as well as enhancing their own professional and personal development in the process. Prospective students should have a master's degree and meet other prerequisite requirements prior to admission into the program.

The Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership Program is for those students preparing for or advancing their careers as educational leaders in professional positions as school district, regional, state, or national administrators. The EdD in Educational Leadership Program requires concentrations in Higher Education Administration or K-12 Education.

The Doctor of Education (EdD) in Teaching and Learning program was developed for students who wish to enhance classroom skills with instruction as their main focus. Programs have been developed by the faculty members to provide working professionals with the opportunity to enhance their competencies through completion of a relevant and meaningful graduate program. This program DOES NOT lead to teacher or administrator certification, licensure, or endorsement in any State in the United States.

The Education Specialist in Educational Leadership Program concentrates on applied organizational theory within the context of educational organizations. This specialized program prepares graduates for educational administrator positions at the elementary or secondary school level. Programs have been developed by faculty members to provide working professionals with the opportunity to pursue their personal and professional goals through the completion of an Education Specialist (EdS) program.
