And because Anthem caters to their students they offer diplomas at several campuses in New Jersey including Cherry Hill, Jersey City, North Brunswick, and Parsippany. Students at Anthem can not only gain knowledge which can help them in their future careers but also enjoy their time in school. There are approximately 4,000 students that attend the Anthem Institute and there are a variety of student activities and services which can help students have the full college experience.
Anthem Institute Programs
Depending on the location, students can study the following programs at Anthem:
- Computer Networking/Computer Security
- Dental Assisting
- Graphic Design/Animation
- Massage Therapy
- Medical Assisting
- Medical Billing/Coding
- Pharmacy Tech
- Surgical Technology
Students who would like to participate in any of these programs can speak with an admissions counselor to determine the right courses to take depending on their career goals and timeline.
Attending Anthem Institute
Students who would like to attend Anthem must meet the following criteria:
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- High school diploma or GED
- Passing score on Anthem's entrance exam
Students must also submit an application packet that includes the official application, a signed request for diploma or GED, enrollment agreement, and application fee. Prior to beginning classes, students should also have their financial aid and payment arrangements set up.
While attending Anthem Institute, a number of services are available to help students succeed with their schooling. These include:
- Academic assistance. Academic services include private tutoring, additional lab time, or review classes designed specifically for students who are preparing to take their certification courses.
- Career services. The Career Services Center will help students with their resumes, provide interview tips, and notify them of job openings and opportunities.
- Student activities. Each campus of Anthem Institute has a number of activities to help students make the most of their college experience.
Paying for Anthem Institute
Anthem Institute accepts Federal student aid. Students should file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online to help determine the type of funding they will receive and the amount.
Military students have a special advantage when attending Anthem and are eligible for special military aid, including the GI Bill.
Students who need help paying for their education should speak with Anthem's Financial Aid department, where they will assist prospective students in setting up a payment plan or applying for aid.
