Human resource management majors gain the flexibility to apply their skills in a variety of management settings.

While enrolled in this program of study, you will focus on the various aspects of the recruitment, selection, training, and development of employees within an organization. After graduating from this program, you can expect to be qualified to enter entry-level positions within a human resource department.
