With a Doctor's in Business Administration -Industrial/Organizational Psychology, graduates will learn to understand people and their work. Students will complete courses in Psychology in order to develop a background in theory, research, and applications of psychology and then go on to determine their relationship to human behavior in organizations. Students will finish off their education with a final research project in which the students will demonstrate their ability to investigate a work place problem, identify an area for intervention, critique, justify, and recommend preventative actions.
