Ed.D./Global Training and Development
The Doctor of Education/Global Training and Development addresses the dynamic and integrative approach to prepare consultants, human resource directors, and program developers in how to identify global workplace/workforce issues and then design an action-oriented plan to tackle the issues. Courses will combine organizational leadership, adult education, and human resource techniques and practices to apply the practical aspects of these fields towards this specialization. Prospective students must meet certain prerequisite requirements such as a bachelor's or master's degree or relevant work experience prior to enrolling. These requirements can be discussed with the career counselor when they call.
