The Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies in Global Training and Development program addresses the dynamic and integrative approach to prepare consultants, human resource directors, and program developers in how to identify emerging workplace/workforce issues and then design an action-oriented plan to tackle the issues. Courses will combine organizational leadership, adult education, and human resource techniques and practices to apply the practical aspects of these fields towards this specialization. Prospective students should hold a master's degree prior to enrolling in this 18-credit hour program that can also transfer directly into a doctoral program at NCU.

The Master's of Education in Global Training and Development degree addresses the dynamic and integrative approach to prepare consultants, human resource directors, and program developers in how to identify emerging global workplace/workforce issues and then design an action-oriented plan to tackle the issues. Courses will combine organizational leadership, adult education, and human resource techniques and practices to apply the practical aspects of these fields towards this specialization. Prospective students should currently hold a bachelor's degree and can complete the master's program in approximately 2 years.

Our Ph.D. in Business Administration/International Business degree program focuses on the essential elements required to understand and manage international organizations. The global economy requires that domestic and foreign business managers have the knowledge of cultural, economic, political, and legal environments of business and the necessary managerial skills for making management decisions in an international context. Prospective students must meet certain prerequisite requirements such as a bachelor's or master's degree or relevant work experience prior to enrolling.
