For individuals that love working with children and helping them learn knowledge and skills that will serve as a foundation for the rest of their lives, they should consider early childhood education. What children do and do not learn at an early age affects what their life will be like in the future, so it's important for these children to have dedicated teachers that are willing to help them learn and succeed.
Early childhood educators typically work with children between the ages of three to seven. They generally focus on the child’s early education, which also includes nutrition, health, and other needs. Graduates typically work with children as preschool, kindergarten, or even first grade teachers. They teach children but they're also responsible for keeping in contact with the student's parents to ensure that the child is progressing and the teacher may even suggest ways that parents can help their children learn while they're at home.
