Studying to be a physical therapist seems to be a good choice for those interested in health care and helping people but wanting to avoid the craziness of the emergency room and hospitals. Physical therapy is a lucrative career and a positive contribution to society. However, it is very competitive and one must complete the necessary requirements before applying to a specific program. Part of these requirements is learning how to use all the physical therapy products available for patients.

One of my friends is studying PT and finds it exhausting, but she knows it will all be worth it in the end. Some companies have a very interesting strategy when it comes to logo design. They redo it every 5 or so year to keep it hip and with the times. That is great in some ways, but harmful in others. You do not want to have a old fashioned logo, but the reason people have a logo is so that their companies products are easily recognized. When you redo your logo every few years, it becomes unfamiliar for people and you lose a little bit of your brand name and market awareness. If you are considering redoing your logo, make sure it is necessary because it may hurt your image more than help it.

I think it is funny that the Major League Soccer Association recently redid its logo. Here is why: soccer is already one of the least popular sports in America, and redoing your logo isn’t going to help much. In fact, I doubt anyone really notices that they have a new logo, because the majority of the public didn’t know what it was in the first place. I like the proactive attitude, but it probably is all in vain.

This may just be my car, but do you ever feel like your car runs better when it is clean? Some weeks I essentially live out of my car, and it gets full of clutter and crumbs. Also, I do not live somewhere with an easily accessible hose or car wash, so for those reason my car gets dirty quickly. I don’t ever notice my car running poorly when it is dirty, but after I clean it, it seems smoother and like it runs better. I am sure the physical appearance has nothing to do with its performance, but mentally it seems like it runs a lot better. If you need a reason to clean your car, just tell yourself it will make it run better.

But wait! Don’t act too fast, because a lot of speculation about the cleanliness of your car and the likelyhood of it getting stolen is coming out. In fact, a recent report was realized stating that clean cars are almost twice as likely to get stolen. People who have clean cars usually take care of them better, both in regards to the interior and the overall car including the engine and what not, and this makes it much more valuable to resell. I am still going to clean my car, but just keep an eye on it from now on.
