Organic is not cheap! It seems that whole foods cost double the price of processed goods! It is hard to eat all organic if you are like me and need to budget food costs.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A good way to deal with this is to make a true effort to eat whole foods (if this is important to you) that are on sale or discounted for some reason. Start at a farmer&rsquo;s market&hellip;the farmers can cut out the middle man, which means savings for you. Also, I alternate which organic items I get each time at the store. I usually always get organic vegetables and fruits and grains, but I alternate between organic milk one week and then the next week I will get veggie patties or something as a treat.<o:p></o:p></p>
