First time college moms can pursue a Specialized Associate Degree to guide them on their career path

If you are a mom and have never been to college but want to, there are so many opportunities available to you. It is so easy to get intimidated but in all reality you can achieve your goals and dreams if you really strive for them.

You may be thinking to yourself; “Yes, I want to return to school to better myself and my career but I don’t know what area of study to pursue.” Might I suggest considering some sort of Associate Degree in specialized business, Specialized Technology or even Specialized Teacher-Education.

Post University divides into four specialty schools

The university will now include Schools of Business, Education, Public Service and an undergraduate Post College. Each institution will offer online degree programs as part of their curricula.

Tech Job Cuts Prompt Many to Earn a Degree

Planned layoffs at tech companies rose in 2009 and hit the highest level in four years. Tech sector employers announced that over 174,000 jobs were cut in 2009 alone. And this is a 12.3% increase which is the highest since 2008, and the highest total since 2005.

The School Day May Get Longer

President Obama is claiming that children in the U.S. spend too little time at school. He wants to cut the summer break down. He says that in comparison to other countries, American kids are at a disadvantage. School Kids in Asia go practically all day and almost everyday in the week.
