Students Facing Greater Mental Health Issues
January 14, 2010 10:45 am Choosing a Degree, Choosing a SchoolA new study found that five times as many high school and college students are facing anxiety and mental health issues than the same age group during the Great Depression. A psychological questionnaire from 1938 confirmed the belief among counselors that students are struggling with not only school but life in general more than in the past.

September 25, 2009 3:03 pm FYIMany girls suffer from an eating disorder particularly when they are in their teenage years or early 20s. A Swedish study recently discovered a link in which girls with highly educated parents and grandparents have a higher risk of developing an eating disorder, especially if they did well in school themselves.
