Being without a job does absolutely nothing for your ego, not to mention any interviews you have to go on, only to be told that they've picked somebody else. You're left thinking, "What's wrong with me, I'm a great employee." Then you rationalize. "Well, they're just stupid," "They probably wanted a brainless Barbie," whatever --- and, at the end of the day, you're still at home, unemployed and broke. {Bummer|thanks for giving us this Young Unemployed Face Long-Term Damage | Education & Careers page, I needed a place to vent|get it all off my chest.
