Physical Therapy Profession

Years ago I tore my ACL in a skiing accident. After undergoing surgery to repair the problem, I had to start physical therapy. I have never experienced a more excrutiating ordeal than having to regain the strength in my knee. Session after session ended with high doses of anti-inflammatories and bags of ice. I have to give all the credit to my physical therapists; they were always very positive and understanding.

It must be a trying profession to help a person recover from an injury because, at least in my case, we complain a lot. I even starting moaning about other parts of my body not related to my injury. They took the time to help me with all of my problems. I tip my hat to all those who work in this demanding profession. Not only are they taking care of cry babies like me but they also have to stay up to date on current techniques and technologies.
