Georgia was one of the ten fastest growing states in the U.S. from 2007 to 2008 and it remains high on the list. In Georgia there are a lot of education opportunities for individuals that want to earn a degree, no matter what program they wish to pursue.

Business
In Georgia there is increasing industrial development and it serves as a hub for communications and transportation in the southeast. The economy is largely based on agriculture and manufacturing so there are great many great opportunities available to individuals. Plus, 13 companies on the fortune 500 list including Coca Cola, Delta, UPS, AFLAC, Georgia-Pacific, Home Depot, and Mohawk are headquartered in Georgia.

Climate
Georgia is a great state to live in because the temperatures are moderate. Spring and fall are brisk but sunny, summers are warm, and winters are mild but there is an occasional snowfall. Since Georgia is the largest state in the Southeast, its topography is diverse so conditions vary depending on which part of the state individuals are in. But the state as a whole receives between 40 and 50 inches of rain per year so the fall the flowers in the spring and the fall foliage are breathtaking.
