I struggled along on ramen and free samples until once I splurged on a nice box of chocolates. I bit in to one to find a tiny metal screw. I phoned customer service and after complaining for 15 minutes I gave my address to the manager. The week after I received a huge hamper of box upon box of chocolates. Needless to say the knowledge has not been wasted. Over the past year I have complained about various food products, and almost once per company have received hampers and gift boxes. It works almost every time, enjoy your large supply of food. College hits hard, especially on the wallet.
