Students desiring to learn about the practical applications of welding using a variety of welding equipment including oxyacetylene, metallic arc, tungsten inert gas (TIG), and metal inert gas (MIG) can learn the skills with programs designed to provide hands-on training. Instruction also includes welding theory and how to read blueprints to complete the jobs. Students will practice welding in the vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions using a variety of current welding equipment.
