Engineering Managers develop the business and management skills to oversee technology, innovation, operations, and other specific engineering disciplines. Business courses include marketing, finance, and business laws to address complex business problems. Most programs also provide technical knowledge of the various engineering disciplines from initial design to completion of projects whether they are mechanical, construction, or environmental. Programs can take 2 to 3 years to complete.
