Diploma - Building Maintenance Mechanic

The Building Maintenance Mechanic diploma program is designed for the student who wants well-rounded knowledge in the technical trade skills. Students will develop an understanding in theory and lab skills for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. Qualified graduates may gain entry level positions in technical occupations such as apartment or commercial building maintenance electricians, plumbers, and climate control specialists.
