The Professional Medical Assistant certificate program is designed to provide students with hands-on training in both the clinical and administrative procedures that may be needed for a career as a Medical Assistant. These multi-skilled health professionals assist in the medical office by answering telephones, greeting patients, updating and filing patient records, and handling correspondence.
