Earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Human Resource Management emphasis provides learners with an overall management background and then focuses on specific skills required to oversee human resource departments. Students will learn training and development strategies, benefits and compensation laws, policies on discrimination in the workplace, and much more, as they successfully complete this program.
