Bachelor of Science in Accounting

Earning a bachelor's degree in Accounting can open doors to numerous career opportunities in the public or private business sectors for learners who are logical thinkers capable of organizing and explaining information efficiently. Accounting has been ranked as the most sought-after college major by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). Since virtually every business and organization relies on accountants to track, analyze, and strategize business decisions, employment options for accountants will likely stay in high demand. Graduates of this program may also choose to continue on to a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program or seek national certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
