You'll learn classical cooking techniques and methods with a modern twist for today's tastes. You'll cook alongside industry professionals in our brigade-style and European island-style kitchens. You'll even learn the business aspect of culinary arts including what it takes to manage a successful kitchen or restaurant. Upon graduation, you'll be ready to succeed in the fast-paced food service industry!

You can choose from convenient day or evening classes, and select from Diploma and Associate Degree programs. Financial Aid is available for those who qualify.
