Associate - Pharmacy Technician 
With the associate in Pharmacy Technology degree program, students engage in the study of the anatomy and physiology of the body and of drugs/antibiotics used to treat common diseases,
familiarity with prescription and non-prescription drugs, herbal remedies and dietary supplements,
training with hospital pharmacies; how to interpret physicians' orders, maintain records, fill unit dose carts, stock floor inventory, etc.
Training with retail pharmacies; how to process drug orders, calculate dosing, price and stock medication, etc. An introduction to federal and state pharmacy laws, and an externship at a clinical site. This program takes up to 2 years to complete.
