M.S. in Forensic Psychology
Earning a master's degree in Forensic Psychology can prepare individuals to explore new career paths and seek opportunities to assist their communities through prevention and treatment programs for victims and offenders. Core courses will cover an in depth background of psychology and criminal behavior as well as mental health, legal, and ethical issues that impact and affect individuals and providers of care. While there are many fields graduates can go into such as law enforcement or victims' advocate, jury consultant, correctional officer, and more, the M.S. in Forensic Psychology is not a licensure program and does not prepare an individual to become a licensed psychology professional.
