Bachelor's - Business Management/Human Resources

An effective Human Resources department keeps a company running and has a significant impact on its bottom line. At Rasmussen College, our Business Management Bachelor's degree with a Human Resources specialization turns students into experts in employee development, benefits, hiring, human resources information systems, compensation administration, organizational behavior, and more. Our unique program uses problem–solving, critical–thinking, and team–building projects to simulate real–world business situations, giving you the human resources skills desired by employers.
