Earning an M.Ed. in Corporate Training & Knowledge degree prepares individuals to create e-learning strategies for their organization. Students learn needs assessment and survey methods as well as principles of strategic management planning while mastering the skills necessary to manage an e-learning environment. Graduates will be prepared to keep pace with changing training methods while adhering to organizational requirements to manage an e-learning environment. Prospective students should currently hold a bachelor's degree or higher and can complete the master's program in approximately 2 years.
