Earning a Master of Science (M.S.) in Psychology Degree in our self-paced program can be accomplished by individuals who are interested in understanding human behavior. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or will need to complete 6 prerequisite undergraduate psychology courses prior to beginning the graduate program. The 39 semester units of credit required include 30 units (10 courses) of Graduate Psychology courses that include counseling systems and techniques, psychopathology, and assessment techniques. Learners have the option of proposing, researching, and publishing a Master's Thesis for 9 additional credits or completing 3 additional courses in psychology of aging, alcohol and chemical abuse, and group psychotherapy to fulfill the degree requirements.
